Zena works with commercial real estate clients on purchases, sales, financing and leasing matters as well as the resolution of title concerns. She also handles corporate entity formation and preparation of corporate documents.
Prior to joining Bond Zena was an attorney practicing commercial and residential real estate. In this role Zena handled the full lifecycle of transactions, from drafting and negotiating contracts, to reviewing title reports and preparing closing documents. In addition, she prepared entity formation documents for LLCs and corporations; prepared and executed trust and estate documents including wills, trusts, health care proxies and powers of attorney.
