Tim represents individuals, corporations, insurance companies, municipalities, universities and school districts, as both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts.Tim is well versed in all phases of civil litigation, including pretrial discovery, motion practice, trial and appellate practice. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, declaratory judgment actions, insurance coverage disputes, environmental disputes, personal injury, premises liability, products liability, construction law and motor vehicle accidents.
Prior to joining Bond, Tim was Principal Law Clerk to Judge Joseph E. Lamendola, Onondaga County Supreme Court, and to Judge Brian F. DeJoseph, New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department. In his capacity in these positions, he was responsible for initial review and research on briefs and records on appeal; preparing proposed written resolution of incoming appeals; analyzing civil and criminal legal issues; and preparing legal memoranda with proposed resolutions.
