Starling brings firsthand knowledge to clients gained from her experience working closely with high-net worth individuals and families at The Northern Trust Company. During this time, she served as a regional director and senior trust advisor, working with clients to achieve their personal estate planning and wealth transfer objectives, as well as advising on the impact of legal and tax law changes.

Prior to this time, she worked as an attorney focusing on commercial and probate litigation matters. Her litigation experience included representing clients in fiduciary disputes, business litigation, breach of contract, contested wills, guardianships and wrongful death claims.
