Savanna is a business attorney who advises corporate clients on all aspects of business matters including contracts, corporate issues and legal transactions.

Savanna’s practice focuses on assisting clients with general corporate and transactional matters, including general business counseling, corporate governance, and formation and dissolution. She also advises financial institution clients on regulatory and business matters.

Prior to joining Bond, Savanna was an associate attorney at a leading global law firm, where she assisted with the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds. She received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2020, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
