Samantha focuses her practice on management-side labor and employment law, assisting clients in both the public and private sectors with a wide array of legal issues.

Samantha’s experience includes defending employers against claims of discrimination in all forms, harassment, and retaliation; conducting workplace investigations into employee complaints; and assisting employers during the collective bargaining process. Samantha is committed to ensuring that employers are informed on legal issues affecting their workplace and are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Prior to joining Bond, Samantha was a judicial intern to the Hon. Theresa Whelan of Suffolk County Surrogate’s Court, and an intern at the United States Attorney’s Office. At Hofstra Law, Samantha was a legal analysis, research, and writing teaching assistant, as well as a research assistant.
