Rick is the author of State v. Speonk Fuel: The Untold Story Behind the Court of Appeals Decision, published in The New York Environmental Lawyer, Vol. 25 No. 2, pgs. 16-20. He regularly interfaces with toxicologists, neuropsychologists and other specialists to achieve a multi-discipline evaluation of the liability and damage aspects of each individual matter he works on. Rick chairs the Toxic Tort Committee of the New York State Bar Association’s Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Section.
