Profile

Rebecca is a management-side labor and employment attorney, serving employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment litigation and counseling. Her experience includes:

  • Counseling employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws, including wage and hour, leave, and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Assisting employers before various federal, state, and local administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York State Division of Human Rights, as well as federal and state courts.
  • Assisting employers on “traditional” labor matters, including petitions filed by employees seeking to unionize, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board.
  • Reviewing and developing employee handbooks and policies.

While in law school, Rebecca was a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York and a research assistant for a professor who authors the New York Practice treatise, providing valuable insight for her practice.
