Rayndel assists clients with their estate planning needs, including drafting wills, trusts and other estate documents tailored to family goals, asset protection and intergenerational wealth succession. With a Master of Laws (LLM) in taxation, Ray brings a unique forward-thinking understanding of income, estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax implications to help clients avoid unintended issues while maintaining compliance with Florida law.
Ray advises both for-profit and nonprofit entities on a wide range of their estate matters such as tax credit eligibility, choice of business entity and tax-efficient or tax-free transaction structuring strategies to assist in navigating risks in each stage of investment. He also works closely with financial advisors and accountants to assist with transactional work, and partners with clients to understand their business. Additionally, he brings an understanding of international tax law when foreign, non-resident issues are present in estate planning and tax matters.
