Peter is a litigation attorney in the firm’s labor and employment practice with extensive experience representing corporations, municipalities, and individuals in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal.
Peter currently focuses his practice on representing employers in litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the New York Human Rights Law (NYHRL) and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). In addition to representing his clients in state and federal court, Peter has experience in alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining Bond, Peter was an associate at an Am Law 200 firm and a special assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. In law school, Peter was a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and an intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
