Paul regularly assists his clients with the preparation and negotiation of confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, asset / stock purchase agreements, and other ancillary agreements necessary to consummate a buy/sell transaction.
Paul has assisted in the purchase and sale of many manufacturing and technology companies, service providers and food service businesses, among others.
