Profile

Patrick works with clients on a wide array of labor and employment issues. He represents employers in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies including the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Patrick has experience defending claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the New York State Human Rights Law (NYSHRL). His traditional labor law experience includes representing employers in NLRB proceedings and various other aspects of labor relations.

Prior to joining Bond, Patrick was an associate at a global insurance law firm where he practiced law in the areas of commercial litigation, insurance coverage and general liability. He also has experience in litigation from pleadings through pre-trial motions. Patrick also previously worked at the New York State United Teachers Office of General Counsel. In this role, he gained experience in traditional public sector labor issues and education law.
