Paige is a management-side labor and employment attorney, serving clients in both the public and private sector. She assists clients with a variety of labor and employment matters, such as defending discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims; navigating various leave and accommodation issues; conducting policy review and assisting in the preparation and resolution of pending litigation and labor arbitrations.
Prior to joining Bond, Paige was a legal intern at a large healthcare corporation where she focused on conducting internal interviews and preparing responses to the New York State Division of Human Rights. She was also a labor relations intern at another large healthcare corporation where she researched various labor and employment issues and participated in grievance proceedings. Paige also has experience from a law firm in Buffalo, New York where she researched legal trends to improve business development and assessed the firm’s training and development program.

While earning her law degree, Paige simultaneously earned her Master’s in Business Administration, focusing on healthcare management. Paige has also earned her Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) credentials.
