Matthew has closed more than 100 multi-family syndicated transactions with a value of over $750 million. In many of these transactions, he guided and advised his clients through complicated like-kind exchange and tenancy-in-common structures.
Matthew is a frequent lecturer on issues related to real estate law, with topics including commercial and ground leasing, commercial mortgage financing, acquisitions and sales of real estate, multi-family development and condominiums and cooperative housing corporations.
