Marc provides legal advice to businesses in the financial services industry, including insurance carriers, insurance brokers and agencies, and banks. Marc’s experience includes advising clients on regulatory matters and investigations in front of insurance, healthcare and banking regulators at the state and federal level. He also provides advice to regulated businesses on matters involving licensing, governance, data security, acquisitions , and day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Bond, Marc served as Senior Deputy Counsel at Independent Health Association and before that, as Senior Counsel at First Niagara Bank. Marc’s experience advising entities in the financial services and healthcare industries includes also work with securities brokers, pharmacies, third party administrators, and pharmacy benefit managers. Marc began his career in private practice at a Buffalo law firm as a corporate and transactional lawyer.
