Marc advises businesses on matters involving cybersecurity and privacy, and data protection in a variety of contexts including negotiations with suppliers, arrangements with customers, and responses to data breaches. Marc’s experience includes particular focus in the banking, insurance and healthcare fields, where he has advised senior leaders in developing strategies and procedures for compliance with HIPAA, the Gramm-Leach-Billey Act and state-level cybersecurity obligations.
Prior to joining Bond, Marc served as Senior Deputy Counsel at Independent Health Association and before that, as Senior Counsel at First Niagara Bank. Marc began his career in private practice at a Buffalo law firm as a corporate and transactional lawyer.
