Marc provides legal advice to business clients on transactions involving mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, equity and debt financing, joint ventures and other strategic initiatives. He also advises businesses on matters related to corporate governance, state and federal licensing, regulatory compliance data security, and arrangements with customers and suppliers.
Prior to joining Bond, Marc served as Senior Deputy Counsel at Independent Health Association and before that, as Senior Counsel at First Niagara Bank. In these capacities Marc advised senior leaders on matters involving strategic transactions, the development of new products and services, relationships with regulators and the management and growth of subsidiary businesses. Marc’s experience advising entities in the banking and healthcare industries includes work with securities brokers, insurance brokers, pharmacies, third party administrators, and pharmacy benefit managers. Marc began his career in private practice at a Buffalo law firm as a corporate and transactional lawyer.
