Marc advises clients on one of the most rapidly evolving areas of the law as part of Bond’s newest practice group. Marc’s focus includes providing advice on the development, use and deployment of artificial intelligence tools in regulated industries, including insurance, banking and healthcare. Marc has advised clients on matters related to establishing artificial intelligence policies, procedures and governance programs, negotiation of agreements for technology products involving artificial intelligence components and complying with newly developed regulatory schemes.
Prior to joining Bond, Marc served as Senior Deputy Counsel at Independent Health Association and before that, as Senior Counsel at First Niagara Bank. In these capacities Marc advised senior leaders on matters involving strategic transactions, the development of new products and services, relationships with regulators and day-to-day operations. Marc began his career in private practice at a Buffalo law firm as a corporate and transactional lawyer.
