The United States District Court for the District of Maryland invited Lou to present his winning arguments on a novel question of Internet jurisdiction in a patent infringement case at the University of Maryland School of Law. Lou and a team of Bond attorneys recently defeated a motion for preliminary injunction in a trade secrets case between federal defense contractors in the cybersecurity industry.
