As an associate at Bond, Kymberley applies her legal knowledge and skills to assist clients in a wide array of labor and employment issues across various practice areas, including higher education and school law. Kymberley also represents employers in state court as well as administrative agencies including the New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Prior to joining Bond, Kymberley was a paralegal and office manager at a New York City based law firm. In this role, she prepared claims, complaints, correspondence and discovery-related documents in the civil litigation process. She also led the firm’s intake process as well as assisted in trial preparation. Kymberley was also previously a student attorney for the Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic in Queens, New York. There, she conducted legal research and drafted documents in preparation for litigation. She also participated in the Volunteer Lawyer for the Day (VLFD) program in Queens County Civil Court, assisting unrepresented consumer debtors.
