Kyle is co-chair of the firm’s Collegiate Sports Practice Group. Since beginning his legal career with Bond in 2003, he has focused exclusively on the representation of colleges, universities and individuals in NCAA compliance and infractions matters.

Through more than 20 years alongside industry leaders Mike Glazier and Rick Evrard, Kyle has developed a national reputation for effectively working with NCAA member institutions to investigate, report and process NCAA rules violations. Kyle’s experience in counseling colleges and universities in the course of NCAA enforcement investigations has equipped him to handle any issue concerning NCAA rules.  He actively consults with dozens of institutions on everyday NCAA-related and other athletics matters, including the application of various state and NCAA Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) policies and strategic planning related to the ongoing evolution of the collegiate model.
