Kristina works with clients on a wide array of legal issues in our litigation department. Kristina’s work in civil litigation includes commercial/business litigation, contract, personal injury, products liability, and property damage in both state and federal courts. 

Prior to joining Bond, Kristina was the Vice President of Government Affairs at the Food Industry Alliance of New York. In this role, Kristina worked with coalition partners to further the organization’s policy agenda and lobbied for priority policy issues. Kristina was also previously employed as the Government Affairs Manager at a large supermarket corporation where she handled the Northeast’s implementation of government affairs and lobbied for local, state and federal government on policy issues. Prior to working with the food industry, Kristina was the Director of Public Policy and Government Relations at the American Lung Association of the Northeast. There, Kristina designed and delivered campaign strategies for use at the local, state, and national level. Kristina successfully lobbied on multiple major campaign issues across the nation. Kristina was also an Excelsior Service Fellow for the New York State Executive Chamber Lean Program where she was the liaison to 12 state agencies.
