Kevin has extensive experience involving federal and state regulatory compliance issues, particularly in matters involving solid and hazardous waste, petroleum contamination, PCB's, wetlands, landfill permitting, mining, wastewater treatment, hazardous substance and petroleum storage tanks, SEQRA, toxic tort litigation, and defending criminal investigations conducted by federal and state authorities under the federal Clean Water Act and New York State Environmental Conservation Law.

In addition, he has experience in OSHA issues related to process safety management, hazard communication, HAZWOPER, asbestos and other toxic and hazardous substances.
