Kevin uses his experience in various areas of litigation to assist a wide range of clients in successfully resolving pending matters, or, when possible, to avoid litigation through implementing measures to mitigate or avoid potential exposure. Kevin’s practice involves all aspects of client representation, including intake, discovery, witness preparation, depositions, court conferences, settlement, trials and appeals.
Kevin largely focuses his practice on commercial litigation and municipal defense in Federal and New York State courts. Kevin’s commercial litigation practice has included matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, misappropriation, professional malpractice, wage and hour violations and construction litigation. Kevin’s municipal defense practice has included matters involving premises liability, employment litigation, property damage, water rights, Section 1983 claims, RLUIPA claims and Article 78 proceedings in various contexts. Kevin has successfully argued multiple appeals before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department and various motions before judges of the District Court for the Western District of New York and New York State Supreme, County, and City courts.

Prior to joining Bond, Kevin was a litigation attorney at a boutique litigation firm in Buffalo, New York. Prior to being admitted, Kevin was a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Eugene M. Fahey of the New York Court of Appeals and a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Elizabeth T. Hey of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
