Katie works with clients on a wide array of labor and school law issues. She works with schools on several matters including special education due process hearings and appeals, and student discipline hearings. In addition, Katie provides guidance to boards of education regarding Education Law and school district policy and procedures.
Prior to joining Bond, Katie was at another law firm where she focused on working with higher education institutions by drafting policies to comply with federal and New York State law. She also researched education law to effectively counsel her clients, as well as conducted mental hygiene hearings on behalf of hospital clients.
