Katie’s practice focuses on the areas of elder law and trust and estates, which includes Medicaid and long-term care planning, guardianship proceedings and estate planning and administration. She also has experience in the area of professional legal ethics (primarily conflicts of interest) and civil litigation.
Prior to joining Bond, Katie was a partner at the Rochester area law firm, Boylan Code LLP.
