In her trust and estate litigation practice, Katie frequently represents fiduciaries (executors, administrators, and trustees), financial institutions (including as corporate trustees), beneficiaries and intestate distributees. Katie has successfully represented clients in various complex trust and estate matters, including will contests, claims against fiduciaries, accounting proceedings, kinship hearings, General Obligations Law proceedings regarding power of attorney issues, Article 81 Guardianship matters, estate and other tax-related issues and more.
