Katherine assists clients in a variety of litigation matters, including research and analyzing complex legal issues and handling all stages of a case from initial pleadings through the trial process. She also assists clients in the pre-suit process, helping them with litigation prevention. Katherine serves a wide range of clients including corporations, large and small businesses, and individuals.
Prior to joining Bond, Katherine served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Sheri Polster Chappell, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida, conducting legal research and drafting orders and motions, for a variety of practices areas including criminal cases, labor and employment matters, insurance disputes, tort claims, prisoner litigation and § 1983 claims, among other matters.
