Jonathan is a trial lawyer who practices in both state and federal courts. He has litigated intellectual property cases involving misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, copyright, trademark and patent infringement, as well as licensing disputes.

Prior to joining the firm, Jonathan served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Phyllis A. Kravitch, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
