Jessica M. Blanchette

Jessica is a business attorney who engages in a comprehensive practice comprising corporate and business law, property law and tax law matters. 

Jessica practices in a broad range of commercial and residential real estate matters. She counsels and assists for profit and nonprofit clients during all stages of a real property purchase and sale transaction, including negotiating initial contracts, curing complex title and financial issues and navigating the closing process, ensuring that clients are informed and protected throughout. Jessica also has particular experience in post-closing matters including drafting lease agreements, real property tax exemption applications and easements. 

Jessica’s residential real estate practice is related primarily to assisting individuals in meeting estate planning or administration objectives. To that end, she has a proven ability to work with professionals and municipalities located across the State of New York, including in the Capital Region and Central, Northern and Western New York, and completing both ownership and cooperative interest transfers in the New York Metro area. 

Prior to joining Bond, Jessica completed a two-year clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York. This experience provided her with a unique and developed perspective on the law as well as strong analytic and writing skills, all of which she utilizes each day in her practice.
