Jessica is a business attorney who engages in a comprehensive practice comprising corporate and business law, property law and tax law matters.

Jessica takes a comprehensive and practical approach to the practice of law. She advises individual, for profit, and nonprofit clients on navigating a range of complex corporate, business, property and tax laws to meet objectives and goals while identifying and mitigating risk.

Jessica has particular experience in entity structuring, corporate governance, corporate and tax compliance, and stock and asset transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts to meet daily business operation needs.  Jessica also counsels and assists clients throughout all stages of the purchase, sale, and refinance of commercial and residential real property and helps navigate post-closing matters as well.  In addition, Jessica has advocated and negotiated on behalf of both entity and individual clients in tax disputes before both the Internal Revenue Service and New York State Department of Taxation and Finance.

Prior to joining Bond, Jessica completed a two-year clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York. This experience provided her with a unique and developed perspective on the law as well as strong analytic and writing skills, all of which she utilizes each day in her practice.
