Jessica has particular experience in entity structuring, corporate governance, corporate and tax compliance, and stock and asset transactions, as well as drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts to meet daily business operation needs. In addition, she understands both the business and personal components to her work, and takes a critical approach to matters to ensure that clients are informed, knowledgeable and protected when making key decisions.
Prior to joining Bond, Jessica completed a two-year clerkship with the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Fourth Department in Rochester, New York. This experience provided her with a unique and developed perspective on the law as well as strong analytic and writing skills, all of which she utilizes each day in her practice.
