His diverse experience includes bringing and defending proceedings to dissolve closely held corporations, negotiating stock sales, successfully prosecuting and defending commercial landlord-tenant disputes, winning breach of warranty and revocation actions and obtaining favorable judgements in proceedings against municipalities, among other litigated cases and appeals.

Prior to joining Bond, Jeremy was a founding partner of the Rochester law firm Adams Leclair LLP. Before that he had a complex commercial and securities practice at the New York City law firm of Miller & Wrubel P.C. Jeremy clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Theodore H. Katz in the Southern District of New York.
