Profile
Jennifer engages in a broad commercial real estate practice. She negotiates leases, as well as handles both the purchase and sale of commercial real estate.
Jennifer has experience representing buyers and sellers in all stages of real property transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts, assisting with obtaining financing and working through any title issues. She also counsels clients on other real property issues including easements, rights of first refusal and title issues.
