In the area of education law, Howard represents public school districts and private universities throughout New York. He provides collaborative real time day to day advice on the most complex and controversial matters facing his clients. When problems cannot be solved amicably, Howard provides zealous, yet cost effective, advocacy, collaborating with his clients at each and every phase of the matter.
A Path Forward in Business
In private sector employment litigation, Howard litigates all types of employment discrimination and retaliation claims. He also represents clients in noncompete and trade secret cases and has won two significant appellate court decisions strengthening and cementing New York’s “Faithless Servant Doctrine.” Due to Howard’s extensive litigation experience, his clients can expect to be fully informed up front of both the strengths and weaknesses of their case, as well as potential fees.
