Hildy assists employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including litigation, administrative proceedings, internal investigations, personnel management, and counseling. Hildy also has experience in commercial, corporate, environmental, products liability and insurance coverage litigation.
Prior to joining Bond, Hildy was an associate at two law firms, practicing in litigation and appeals, where she gained experience in all aspects of civil matters from case intake through final disposition at trial.

While in law school, Hildy was a legal intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York, the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office as well as a legal intern working on compliance matters for a large health care plan.
