Gabriel provides strategic legal support to higher education institutions by navigating the complexities of government regulations and compliance, including as related to the integration of student health services across disciplines including wellness and behavioral health.

His experience at the intersection of health and education – including working with the Federal and State laws and regulations that govern each – make him a trusted advisor to his clients.
