Eric is a litigation attorney handling all stages of a case from initial pleadings through trial preparation, including discovery and motion practice.
Eric represents clients in a variety of litigation matters in both state and federal court. He has experience handling litigation matters in several areas, including civil rights law, including Section 1983 claims; labor and employment law, including Title VII, NYSHRL, FLSA and NYLL claims; constitutional law; business and commercial litigation, including breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment, professional malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty claims; and personal injury litigation, including NYLL § 240(1), 241(6) and 200, toxic tort, medical malpractice, products liability, premises liability and slip-and-fall claims.
During law school, Eric served as a legal intern to the Honorable Mae A. D’Agostino of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
