Emily frequently assists employers during collective bargaining negotiations, workplace investigations regarding allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation, administrative proceedings before the Public Employment Relations Board, grievance arbitration and disciplinary proceedings under New York Civil Service Law Section 75 and New York Education Law Section 3020-a.

Prior to joining Bond, Emily served as an intern in the U.S. Attorney’s Office where she gained experience at the federal level providing valuable insight to her practice. During law school, Emily was awarded the Jonathan Falk Memorial Scholarship for demonstrating academic excellence, strong leadership skills and a core interest in the area of labor and employment law.
