His municipal practice includes representing municipalities and governmental agencies, particularly with respect to municipal boards, planning, zoning and litigation matters. He is also experienced in all aspects of trademark registration practice, copyright and licensing transactions.

He also advises clients with regard to matters involving confidential information, noncompetition covenants and trade secrets. David’s employment practice includes counseling clients and litigating claims on matters involving federal and state discrimination and employee benefits.
Prior to joining Bond, David was a partner at the Rochester area law firm, Boylan Code LLP. He was a member of the litigation, municipal, entertainment and intellectual property practices there.
