Charles is co-chair of the firm’s business restructuring, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy practice.

Charles represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, and also assists creditors, business debtors, landlords, trustees and committees in bankruptcy proceedings, financial reorganizations, workouts and commercial litigation. He is a frequent speaker on a variety of business and bankruptcy law topics.
