Profile
Charles is the co-chair of Bond’s state-wide hospitality & tourism industry group.
He advises a wide array of clients in the hospitality & tourism industry, including breweries and distilleries, amusement parks, restaurants and tourism agencies, on a variety of legal issues, including federal and state regulatory compliance, licensing, business and corporate issues, and property development. Together with other team members, Charles also regularly advises clients in these sectors on labor and employment, intellectual property, tax and real estate issues.
