Neil has practiced law in the Naples area for more than 30 years and has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney since 1995.

He focuses his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate as well as banking, construction and business law. Neil provides representation to developers, buyers, sellers, lenders, contractors, owners and associations on a wide variety of real estate and business issues. Neil is also a title insurance agent for a national title insurance underwriter and issues title insurance policies for real estate and mortgage closings.
