Brendan has counseled clients through every phase of the litigation process. He has extensive e-discovery, motion and appellate experience, including successfully arguing before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan clerked for the Honorable Gary L. Sharpe, then-Chief United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York. He also worked as a litigation associate for an international law firm, where he worked primarily on securities fraud litigation for financial institution clients.
