Bradley is the co-chair of Bond’s manufacturing industry group. While working with manufacturers to formulate strategies, strengthen policies, craft non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, Bradley provides outstanding individual service to his clients. He counsels and represents them through numerous complex legal issues that arise within the broad-based manufacturing industry.
Bradley uses his extensive experience in trade secret, non-competition and related commercial litigation when necessary to protect manufacturers’ and other companies’ trade secret information and long-standing customer relationships in court. When necessary, he pursues litigation to not only protect their most important intangible assets, but also to better safeguard the products of their ingenuity and hard work from being lost to competitors through unfair and unlawful conduct.
