• Obtained an injunction against a client’s former employees and primary competitor for theft of trade secrets in a high-stakes litigation resulting in a favorable outcome for the client;
• Obtained judgment against a former employee who perpetrated a fraud on and stole monies from his former employer, successfully recovering all stolen monies;
• Successfully defended a minority shareholder in a complex dispute with majority shareholders resulting in a favorable outcome for the client;
• Successfully prosecuted and defended to conclusion numerous high-stakes non-competition and misappropriation of trade secret cases in state and federal courts; and
• Successfully protected a client’s intellectual property rights by prosecuting a series of patent infringement and related actions against the client’s prime competitor.
