Andrew’s practice focuses primarily on representing clients in traditional labor relations matters, including counseling employers through union election campaigns, collective bargaining negotiations and grievance arbitration proceedings. Andrew defends employers against unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board and labor related litigation in both state and federal court. Andrew also services clients in a variety of industries by conducting investigations and advising on general employment issues.
Andrew is a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he served as the Chairperson of its Sports Law Negotiation Team and as a McCullen Center Research Fellow. While at Villanova, Andrew co-founded the annual Villanova Baseball Filing Day Competition. Prior to joining Bond, Andrew worked for Excalibur Sports, where he provided consulting services to several Major League Baseball clubs in player salary arbitration hearings.
