Amy has worked extensively with landlords and tenants negotiating complex commercial leasing matters and regularly handles the real estate components of business transactions.
Amy provides additional support to clients with respect to traditional real property rights such as easements and rights of way, restrictions, and other title matters. She also assists a wide range of clients including small and large businesses, school districts, lenders, higher education institutions, developers and not-for-profit corporations.
Amy is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law. During law school, Amy was am extern with Hon. Brian F. DeJoseph of the Appellate Division Fourth Department and the Madison County Attorney’s Office.
