Alyssa assists Bond’s mergers and acquisitions team at all stages of deals.

In this capacity, Alyssa works with sellers to accurately disclose scheduled information. She thoroughly reviews contracts to arrange for compliance with all consent and notice provisions and facilitates due diligence efforts by managing data rooms and responding to requests from the other side. Alyssa also reviews and drafts ancillary documents related to pre and post-closing matters.

As a business attorney, Alyssa works with corporate clients on an array of business-related matters including Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) compliance. She also assists clients with general corporate matters, including general business counseling, corporate governance, corporate, entity and nonprofit organization formations, stock book cleanups, and entity dissolutions.
