Allyssa is a paralegal in the firm’s labor department where she assists attorneys in a variety of labor law matters, including union representation campaigns, arbitrations and negotiations, and employment litigation matters under Title VII, ADEA, New York Human Rights Law and National Labor Relations Act.
Allyssa also provides litigation support by conducting research, preparing pleadings and discovery documents, and assisting with preparations for arbitrations, hearings and trials. She has worked as a paralegal for more than twenty years and has a wide range of prior experience including intellectual property, complex antitrust litigation and environmental land use and regulatory compliance.
