Overview
In 1897, Syracuse became the birthplace of Bond, Schoeneck & King. Its founders and early partners served the public as Mayor of Syracuse and in many New York State positions including Lieutenant Governor, Legislature Majority Leader, Insurance Commissioner, and Supreme Court Justices. For seven decades Syracuse was the sole pool of talent and experience as the firm gained prominence in the areas of business law, labor law, litigation and lobbying.
However, even though Syracuse may define the firm in terms of the growth and evolution of its practices, it neither confines Bond’s future nor its potential. And while the Syracuse office remains the hub of the firm, extensive investments in technology and communications facilitate the distribution of its experience through the firm’s 13 offices. This robust infrastructure and a professional support staff provide the capability to meet virtually any client’s legal needs anywhere.
In addition to individuals and small and large businesses, the Syracuse office provides services to an extensive spectrum of industries that includes banking, communications, construction, development, energy, health care, higher education, high-tech, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, mining, media, municipalities, pharmaceuticals, retailing, transportation, and utilities.
